Grade H (NJC points 14 – 17) actual salary £22,418 - £23,542
Horizons Specialist Academy Trust comprises eight Academies and one-Sixth Form across the Tees Valley and North Yorkshire area supporting over 1000 students with a wide range of learning difficulties.
Green Gates Academy located in Stockton, caters for approximately 50 pupils ranging from Year 1 to Year 6. All pupils have an Education Health and Care Plan relating to their social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH).
We are seeking creative, enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our dedicated team at Green Gates Academy. The successful candidates will be inspirational, with high expectations of both our pupils and themselves, and are committed to supporting children with additional needs.
Previous experience of working with students with SEMH is desirable but not essential. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential requirements of this post.
