Archway Academy is seeking to appoint a cleaner to join our small established team.
Archway Academy is a pupil referral unit that caters for pupils in KS3 and KS4 from across the borough of Redcar.
This role involves working alone and as part of a small team to ensure that the environment for students is suitable for learning and presents the school in the best possible way.
The role will involve a range of cleaning duties including washrooms, kitchen areas, offices and classrooms. The post holder may be required to operate floor-cleaning machinery and full training will be provided.
The working hours are 2.00 pm – 4.30 pm Monday to Friday during term time (plus 5 PD days). Previous cleaning experience, particularly within a school environment, would be an advantage but not essential as training can be provided.
