"Investing in children is not a luxury, it's a national necessity."
During each academic year Hollis Academy receives a "Pupil Premium". The Pupil Premium is additional funding given to publicly funded schools in England to raise the attainment of disadvantaged pupils and close the gap between them and their peers.
Pupil premium funding is available to both mainstream and non-mainstream schools, such as special schools and pupil referral units.
Every penny that comes in to Hollis Academy from Pupil Premium has a direct effect on the learning and attainment of the children it is paid for.
The projected spending of the Pupil Premium for the each academic year can be found by clicking in the links to the right.
